Body Crafters Inc is located in a brand new three-story building in Northeast Philadelphia at Welsh Rd and Roosevelt Blvd. Our facility features secure, unlimited parking for your convenience. Our supplement store and Cardio Theater offer quality products, treadmills, rowers, ellipticals, bikes, stair steppers, and abdominal equipment.

Our lower level houses a complete gym with more than 50 pieces of plate-loaded machines, free weights, and dumbbells ranging from 3 to 150 lbs. Upstairs, you'll find our Biodynamic Body Testing room, our Diet Consultation room, and a Zero Gravity Infiniti Massage room. Lockers, a changing area, and showers are available as well.

With more than 20 years of experience, our trainers are proud to offer you their professionalism, knowledge, and training expertise. We're certified through ISSA, ISMA, and ETC Nutritional Counseling. We're also members of the American Council of Sports Medicine. Our trainers have competed in over 30 bodybuilding competitions and several powerlifting competitions. We've even won the NPC Mr. New Jersey competition!

Our Mission Statement

Our personal trainers will use their expertise, educational background, and diagnostic know-how to design an individualized exercise program for you. Your program is based on your goals and body. One size does not fit all. Your program is customized to maximize results in a minimal amount of time.

We teach you correct form, motivate you for each session, and pace you at your abilities. All of which maximizes efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing your chance of injury. We guarantee results and will stop at nothing to achieve them.

Get an Overview of Our Standard Workout Regimen

The workout process at Body Crafting Inc is broken up into eight steps:
  1. Time - Workouts typically last for one hour and are scheduled by appointment. If a workout takes longer, it takes longer. If you're in a rush, just let us know and we'll give you a quick express workout!
  2. Warm Up - We recommend 10 to 15 minutes of cardio on our machines before starting your workout.
  3. Stretching - We'll stretch both before and after your workout.
  4. Biodynamic Testing - Our biodynamic machine gives us the exact makeup of your body. Specifically, we'll learn about your joint and ligament stabilization, hydration levels, neurological keel, lean body weight, body fat percentage, and an estimate of weight to be lost.
  5. Goals - At Body Crafting Inc, your goals are our goals. For women, we want to break down your hips, butt, back of the arms, a little pouch, and anything else specific that you have in mind. For men, we want to stabilize muscle tissue and decrease your excess fat.
  6. Diet - After reviewing your statistics, we'll set you up on a diet that's specifically designed for your body. You'll receive details on the exact amount of protein, carbs, and fat that each meal should contain.
  7. Weight Loss - Many people strictly associate scale weight with fat weight. However, relatively small fluctuations in scale weight are typically due to simple water weight variances. Weight loss results may vary, but we typically target a loss of one pound of fat per week and guide you on keeping it off.
  8. Reassessment - Reevaluations take place every five weeks on our Biodynamic machine. You'll look and feel better, but may want to know exactly how your body has improved. We'll give you all the details on your progress, answer any questions, and help you set new goals.
